Missouri residents should fill out the Emblem Use Authorization form and mail it to the council office along with a $25 check. The Council will process the form and return your application for personalized plates. Take this approved form to your local license office for processing. Memorials

Honor a friend or relative with a lasting gift to the Boy Scouts of America. Donations to the Memorial Tribute Fund are a gratifying way for individuals, businesses or groups to remember special friends. Tributes are suitable for memorials or special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or holidays. Unless otherwise noted, tributes and memorials will be published in the council’s magazine, The Duffle Bag.
