EXPLORING IS A CAREER EXPLORATION PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS AGES 14-20 YEARS OLD (OR 13 AND HAVE COMPLETED EIGHTH GRADE).
“We aim to shape the workplace of tomorrow by engaging and mentoring today’s youth in career and life enhancing opportunities.”
Exploring pairs students directly with local companies and organizations for career exploration. Youth participate in unique, real-life opportunities to experience various career fields. We aim for youth to save time by learning if certain careers are for them while in high school and college.
We work with local companies to host students from the Greater St. Louis Area. We connect youth to programs based on their potential career interests.

Special Needs Scouts
Many units have at least one Scout with Special Needs, which includes autism, attention deficit disorder, Asperger’s Syndrome, asthma, diabetes, hearing or visual impairment and many others. This committee is designed to offer support, training, and resources to help your Scout and unit be more successful.
